This school does not lead to any clinical licence. LES Institute provides administrative, logistical, data and academic preparation training. We do not train clinicians and we issue no clinical qualification of any kind. To practise as a doctor, nurse or midwife you must attend a government-accredited institution in your country and pass the state examination. There is no online route, here or anywhere.
Health curriculum hub — anatomy, physiology, microbiology & lab simulations
Track H tells you which career to prepare for. This hub is the science underneath it — the courses, the virtual laboratories and the order to take them in. Every course is theory and on-screen simulation only.
Online human anatomy course in English and French: systems, regions, surface anatomy and 3D virtual dissection. Theory and simulation only — no clinical licence.
- Virtual dissection — thorax — Peel layer by layer from skin to mediastinum, label as you go, graded automatically.
- Virtual dissection — abdomen — Nine regions, peritoneal relations, blood supply of the gut.
- Radiographic identification — Name structures on normal chest, abdomen and limb films. Normal anatomy only, never diagnosis.
Online human physiology course in English and French: cardiovascular, respiratory, renal, endocrine and neuro function, with virtual laboratory simulations. No clinical licence.
- Cardiac cycle simulator — Change preload, afterload and contractility; read the pressure–volume loop.
- Virtual spirometry — Produce and label volume–time and flow–volume traces on simulated profiles.
- Nephron & fluid balance — Adjust filtration and reabsorption, follow urine output and plasma osmolality.
- ECG waveform reading — normal traces — Relate P, QRS and T to the electrical events. Normal physiology only, no diagnosis.
The knowledge behind clinical skills, taught as theory and scenario simulation only: history taking, examination sequences, vital signs, infection prevention and documentation. No patient contact, no licence.
- Scripted history-taking station — A simulated patient script; you choose questions and are scored on completeness and safety-netting.
- Vital signs bench — Read simulated devices, spot measurement errors, record values correctly.
- Infection prevention drill — WHO five moments for hand hygiene, PPE sequence, sharps and waste handling — in simulation.
- Documentation & handover — Write a SBAR-style handover from a simulated encounter and have it graded.
Bilingual medical terminology course: roots, prefixes, suffixes, abbreviations and record vocabulary in French and English. Theory only, no clinical licence.
- Record-decoding drill — Simulated notes and results to translate and summarise, graded weekly.
- Abbreviation safety sort — Sort abbreviations into safe, ambiguous and do-not-use.
Online microbiology course in English and French: bacteria, viruses, parasites and fungi, how infection spreads, antimicrobial resistance and virtual laboratory simulations (Gram stain, culture, microscopy). No clinical licence.
- Virtual microscope — Focus, magnify and identify cell shapes and arrangements on simulated slides.
- Gram stain simulator — Run each reagent step, see what a skipped step does, classify Gram-positive and Gram-negative results.
- Culture plate reader — Read simulated colonies, haemolysis and antibiotic disc zones; interpret a simple antibiogram.
- Outbreak transmission model — Change contact rate, hand-hygiene compliance and isolation; watch the simulated curve respond.
