Engineering Pathways
World-class engineering training already exists online, and much of it is free. What's missing is structure, language, and someone to answer your questions. LES Institute provides those. We map the pathway, run the cohort, teach in your language, and help you reach a certification that employers can verify.
The tracks
- Digital & Technical Foundations — You are starting from the beginning. You want the digital, data and workplace-technology basics that every other technical track assumes you already have.
- Electrical & Energy Technician — You've finished secondary school, you're comfortable with basic maths, and you want to work in electrical installation, energy efficiency, solar, or building and facility systems. No prior engineering study required.
- Network & Telecom Technician — You want to install, configure and troubleshoot networks — in offices, ISPs, telecom operators, or as an independent technician. No prior IT study needed. A smartphone is enough to begin.
- CAD Designer & Digital Fabrication — You want to design parts, products and technical drawings — for manufacturing, construction, furniture, or your own workshop. You'll work as a CAD designer, drafter or fabrication technician.
- Project Coordinator & Technical Project Management — You want to run projects rather than only work on them — for an NGO or donor-funded programme, a construction firm, a telecom operator, an energy project, or a software team. No technical prerequisite. If you've already done one of our technical tracks, this is the natural next step.
