You want to install, configure and troubleshoot networks — in offices, ISPs, telecom operators, or as an independent technician. No prior IT study needed. A smartphone is enough to begin.
Coursework comes from Cisco's free self-paced Skills for All platform, which is open enrolment: anyone with an internet connection and a phone can create a free account and start immediately. Practical work uses Packet Tracer, Cisco's free network simulator, so you build and break real network topologies without owning a single router. We add the sequence, the live teaching in your language, the lab sessions and the assessment.
