Syllabus

• L1 — Level 1 — Foundations of AI at work (12h): What these tools do and do not do, safe use, and your first ten working prompts.
• L2 — Level 2 — Prompt craft (16h): Role, context, constraints and examples; iterating a weak answer into a usable one.
• L3 — Level 3 — AI workflows (20h): Chaining steps, templates, checking output, and documenting the workflow so a colleague can run it.
• L4 — Level 4 — AI for business tasks (18h): Proposals, reports, customer replies, data clean-up and simple analysis on real office files.
• L5 — Level 5 — Selling AI-assisted work (18h): Scoping, pricing, the delivery pack, and handling a client who asks whether a machine did it.

Capstone project

Client-ready AI service package — Choose one real task from a business you know, automate it with a documented AI workflow, run it three times on real inputs, and deliver the results with a quote.

• The task, the client and the before/after time saving are stated in numbers
• The workflow is written so another person can repeat it
• Output is checked and errors are corrected, with the check recorded
• A quote with scope, price and delivery date is included
