Calendar and Inbox Management
Executive assistant, office manager, virtual assistant, team coordinator — I protect my director’s time and make sure nothing important is lost in the inbox.
You already hold the calendar and the inbox of a director, a team or a small office, and you want a written system so nothing depends only on your memory or your presence.
What you'll be able to do
- Build and maintain a shared calendar a director trusts without checking it twice
- Schedule across time zones — Douala, Paris, New York — without a single missed call
- Prepare a meeting file in advance and close it with a written follow-up
- Triage an inbox into folders and response rules that protect priority messages
- Draft and send correspondence on behalf of a manager, in the right tone and language
- Assemble a travel and logistics file that survives a change of plan
How it's built
The structure comes from free open material — the Google Workspace Learning Center, Microsoft Learn tutorials on Outlook and Calendar, and Alison’s administration and office skills courses. We add the time-zone, WhatsApp-versus-email boundary rules and the travel logistics reality of assistants coordinating across Central Africa, Europe and North America, which no global course covers.
