Higher Technician Diploma (BTS) in Human Resources Management – International & Digital Track
Curriculum designed against the Cameroonian BTS Human Resources (GRH) skills and benchmarked with HR practice in France, Canada and the United States. It is an LES programme: it is not presented as the national BTS diploma, which only MINESUP awards after its national examination.
LES Institute integrates its own instruction, mentoring, assessments and projects with selected external learning opportunities. External courses and credentials remain independently controlled and issued by their respective providers.
