This school does not lead to any clinical licence. LES Institute provides administrative, logistical, data and academic preparation training. We do not train clinicians and we issue no clinical qualification of any kind. To practise as a doctor, nurse or midwife you must attend a government-accredited institution in your country and pass the state examination. There is no online route, here or anywhere.
Track H — Health & Public Safety
Prepare for health careers. Build global skills. Know the limits.
Track H helps learners prepare for careers and further studies in healthcare administration, community health, nursing, medicine, public health, health logistics and humanitarian health. LES combines structured academic preparation, live tutoring and coaching, career and university guidance, entrance-exam preparation, low-cost third-party courses, selected certificates, potential college-credit pathways, and African and international learning resources.
Academic preparation — not clinical licensure
LES Learning does not issue medical, nursing, midwifery, pharmacy or other clinical licences. LES provides academic preparation, tutoring, career guidance and non-clinical/administrative training.
Completing an LES course, an online certificate, an ACE-recommended course, a CLEP examination, an OpenLearn course or another third-party programme does not authorise a learner to diagnose, prescribe, perform clinical procedures or independently care for patients.
To become a licensed physician, nurse, midwife, pharmacist or other regulated health professional, students must satisfy the educational, clinical, examination, registration and licensing requirements of the appropriate institution and regulatory authority in the country where they intend to practise.
Transfer credit is never guaranteed. Students planning to use an online course toward a nursing or university degree should obtain approval from the receiving institution before enrolment.

The LES credit pre-approval system
- Step 1 — Destination: Where do you plan to study? United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Philippines, Africa or elsewhere.
- Step 2 — Target school: University, nursing school, programme, degree and intended admission year.
- Step 3 — Verify: We help you confirm whether the institution accepts the proposed Sophia course, Saylor ACE recommendation, CLEP exam or other transfer credit — in writing.
- Step 4 — Dashboard status: Every course in your plan receives one of four labels, tracked in your LES credit portfolio.
- Pre-Approved for Transfer — The target school has confirmed in writing that it accepts this course or exam for the prerequisite concerned.
- Potential Credit — Approval Pending — The course carries an ACE, DEAC or CLEP recommendation, but the target school has not yet confirmed acceptance.
- Certificate / Academic Preparation Only — Valuable learning and portfolio evidence, but no formal credit is expected (OpenWHO, OpenLearn, LES tutoring).
- Not Accepted by Target Program — The target school has said no. We will not recommend it for credit — only, if useful, for preparation.
International destination strategy
- United States: Sophia + Saylor + CLEP/Modern States + LES tutoring
- Canada: Academic preparation first; verify every outside credit individually
- United Kingdom: OpenLearn + academic preparation + nursing-school readiness
- Philippines: Foundation science + university-specific admissions preparation
- Francophone Africa: Concours preparation + science foundation + Amref/WHO public-health enrichment

Featured African partner resource: Amref Health Africa
Amref’s Institute of Capacity Development focuses specifically on strengthening health-worker capacity in Africa and uses digital and mobile-learning platforms such as Jibu among its training approaches. Amref also continues to provide continuing professional development and health-worker capacity-building initiatives.
In 2026, Amref reported development of a bilingual English/French blended-learning initiative hosted on Jibu with African and international health partners — particularly relevant to LES’s own bilingual African audience.
Students should not see only United States → United Kingdom → Europe. They should also see Africa teaching Africa. Learn globally. Apply locally. Build Africa’s health workforce.
Course access, admission conditions, fees and certification must always be verified directly with Amref for the specific offering selected. LES is not affiliated with Amref.
