This school does not lead to any clinical licence. LES Institute provides administrative, logistical, data and academic preparation training. We do not train clinicians and we issue no clinical qualification of any kind. To practise as a doctor, nurse or midwife you must attend a government-accredited institution in your country and pass the state examination. There is no online route, here or anywhere.

These courses cost nothing to study. LES adds tutoring, a completion tracker and a credit-approval request — the certificate and any credit always belong to the provider and to the school that receives you.

Ask for credit pre-approval
- Carnegie Mellon — Open Learning Initiative — No certificate and no credit are issued. Use it as preparation and as portfolio evidence, then earn credit through an ACE or CLEP exam elsewhere.
- Saylor Academy — Potential credit — approval pending. Ask your target school in writing before you count on it, using the LES credit pre-approval request.
- Khan Academy — No certificate and no credit. Preparation and revision only.
- The Open University — OpenLearn — The Statement of Participation is non-credit. It is good portfolio evidence, not a transfer credit.
- Alison — CPD-accredited, non-credit. Useful for employers and for your portfolio, not for university transfer.
- Modern States — Potential credit — the receiving US college decides. Ask for pre-approval first.
- OpenWHO — World Health Organization — WHO learning resource — LES does not present it as a certificate or as credit.
