This school does not lead to any clinical licence. LES Institute provides administrative, logistical, data and academic preparation training. We do not train clinicians and we issue no clinical qualification of any kind. To practise as a doctor, nurse or midwife you must attend a government-accredited institution in your country and pass the state examination. There is no online route, here or anywhere.

Community Health Support

You want to work in health promotion and community mobilisation, or to be a strong candidate for an official community health worker (ASC) programme in your country. Read the red line at the top of this page first: this track does not appoint you to anything.

How it's built

Built on OpenWHO — free, multilingual, and genuinely excellent on infection prevention, cholera, healthcare waste and outbreak response — together with openly published materials from Amref Health Africa, an African-led health organisation that has trained community health workers for decades. We add the sequence, the live teaching in your language, and the candidacy preparation.

Honest notes

In most countries ASCs are selected and deployed by the ministry of health or a partner organisation, often with a requirement to live in the community served. We do not select, deploy or appoint anyone.
