Running your accounts with AI
Owner, manager, bookkeeper of a small business — I know my margin, my cash and my stock, this week.
Money comes in and goes out, but the notebook is behind and nobody can say what the business actually earned last month.
What you'll be able to do
- Set up one sales and expense tracker that takes ten minutes a day
- Separate business money from personal money, including mobile money
- Cost a product or a job properly and check the margin before you sell
- Run a 13-week cash plan and see a shortfall before it arrives
- Produce a monthly summary an accountant, a bank or a partner accepts
How it's built
We reuse our own OHADA accounting material and the Computerized Accounting module from the Accounting & Finance school, kept at owner level: no journal entries you do not need. AI is used to read receipts, classify expenses and draft the monthly commentary — never to invent a figure.
What you earn
- A live tracker and a 13-week cash plan for your own business
- A monthly reporting pack you can hand to an accountant or a lender
- An LES Institute certificate on the assessed 8-week track
Requirements
- Three months of your own sales figures, even in a notebook
- A smartphone; a laptop helps
- Basic arithmetic
